If the vehicle was something like a Hyundai Sonata.

If you get your H2 stuck in the mud, the tires will be so deep that the only place you could put those little mats would be on TOP of the tires.

Well, this is only half in jest. The last (only) time I off-roaded, I had the pleasure of helping to dig ylw H2 out of deep snow. I was thinking at that time, that a cheapo tool like this may well help (with half the amount of digging). 4 x $17 = only $68.

Also, someone else sells a chain kit ($68 -- see pic below) that can be used with a high-lift jack ($68) as a sort of manual winch -- does this work?

Not trying to be too cheap (well, ok, maybe a little), but not sure yet if this off-roading thing is for real, or just a bug, so can't justify $1K for a warn winch. At the same time, would hate to slow everyone down, sitting on my butt helpless!

oh man! a highlift jack or a jackall jack can be used to get a vehicle unstuck. BUT not in the manner shown here.

go to http://www.bb4wa.com/products/DVD.htm and buy the video. it will show you how to use the jack for that purpose SAFELY.

plus a bunch of other useful stuff.

Carpet who needs carpet - I just have the wife take off her jeans and throw them under the tire!

H2Finally 03-19-2004 11:53 PM

I don't understand , why would your wife wear carpet for jeans?

DRTYFN 03-20-2004 12:39 AM

Maybe it's the carpet under the jeans?
