Cargo Hook Install

I am trying to install some cargo hooks in the rails that hold the luggage crossbars on my H2 SUT but can't figure out how the get the slide base down inside the track. Do I have to remove a clearance light to gain access to the inside of the track? Thanks.

No, In the back there are some torx screws holding a plastic cover down right in front of the rear clearance lights after you remove them (The Clips are hard to release) it open the track up.:cool:
