Why buy 5 tires?
Hey tell me the truth will it screw up differential?
 I drive 100 miles a day and go through tires like water, feels like it. Only had one flat in 10 years of driving. Even driving off road. :crying: If I buy 33" toyo's and have a 32" spare, would it be just like running on a low tire with the 32? Is it worth Paying an extra $300 Explain the way the rear or front differential works on the H3. Does the front and back have limited slip clutch plates? I have the H3 non locker rear.:crying: |
Re: Why buy 5 tires?
Its really a personal choice decision.
On the + side of 5 if you have a tire failure you just change it and away you go. The -side of the 5 is the TPM's need reset when you introduce the 5th wheel. +side of 4 is the money savings -is when you mix in the smaller tire you must run slower or risk damage.. |
Re: Why buy 5 tires?
Why not buy 5 and rotate the spare in. That way all 5 will match and you'll get more miles out of that set.

Re: Why buy 5 tires?
the extra advantage of 5 over 4 is that the matching spare LOOKS BETTER :)
..actually much better. I used to have 4+1 (non-matching) in the past, and I hated it.. go for 5 matching, well worth |
