FS: JL Audio Stealthbox Subwoofer and 500/1
 

For sale is the JL Audio Stealthbox Subwoofer and JL Audio 500/1 amplifier I removed from my H2 prior to selling it.

This is a great setup. The stock oem look but with a massive 12w6 12" subwoofer. I helped a professional installer put this in in December 2006. All of it was purchased brand new at that time. It was over $1000,the sub alone is $700.

I am an adult with kids and used it mostly for depth in my music and punch to our DVD's. I do not cruise around with it overdriven. The system includes all hardware for mounting and the amplifier has the original box. The color of the sub is wheat, but I have seem them dyed black before(on this board I think).

The pictures are from before I removed it. It is in perfect condition.

WOW!! A great price... especially with the amp!! What is that other thing on the board with the amp? DVD player??

And, do you have to have the spare tire in the back to keep it in place?

The Spare is located in the back in my model.

No, it bolts to the truck in a clever way. It can be returned to stock easily.


That price is for this forum, the only place I have it listed now.

The DVD player went with the truck.

no cutting required. It installs where the wheel well tray is located. It attaches to the body under there.

I had this system for a while and I was very pleased with it. 600 is a good deal with the amp included. This will make someone one very happy. it is a seal box so it is very tight and SQ is great. I do have one warning though. SQ and SPL is is alot like Horse Power in the sense that once you get a taste it is very hard to stop getting more and improving.

I was guessing, using ups.com, that it would be around 70 bucks not including supplies to go to Seattle. I will check tomorrow on Canada. I will let you know.

Shipping to Canada is 70 just for the sub not including packaging or the amplifier. So figure around 110 to Canada insured for replacement value.

Just want to thank H2 GTS for the great deal on the Stealthbox. He hand delivered locally just a few days after making the deal!

Finally got around to getting it installed this week. It really added punch to the factory Bose system. I had the box recovered in black to match my interior. It looks and sounds GREat!

I'm kinda new to this forum and wanted to let eveyone know that this guy is a CLASS ACT!!
