Thoughts on this wheel/tire setup?

Do you all think this setup would rub?

18x9 wheel, 0 offset

35x13.50x18 tire

Probably. I'd stick with a 12.50 width. It'll be nicer to your steering and CV's also.

What is more beneficial when off-roading, width, or diameter?

Depends on the type of offroading.
