What year is your H2, JonnyB619? I have an '08 H2 (2.5 months old) that is in the shop right now with an annoying front dash squeak. This is the 4th visit for the same problem. It'll be ready tomorrow to pick up. If I get specifics I'll post them here. Keeping my fingers crossed again that the rubbing, squeaks, etc. are gone. I was told that all H2's prior to the '08 had inherent squeaks due to the interior design. They said the '08's are 100% better. The first fix they tried was gluing in double-sided felt between the dash and under the windshield, but thaty seemed to create a new squeak. Will let you know.

Wait a minute, wait a minute, wait a minute, wait a minute! Word on the street is H2's squeak because of this action:

So what you're saying is - the dynamics behind locating/causing the squeak are relevant to hearing the squeak!?

What exactly are you doing to the dash?!

:D
