XM Receiver Location

Does anyone know where the factory XM receiver resides in a 2006 H2? I'd like to change it out w/ XM +Nav Traffic in the same location. Thanks, Jason

Behind the glovebox... the glovebox comes off very easy, you just push the two brackets inwards and pull out, the brackets taht slide out when you open it...
