Tranny problem again!

After I added the S/C the band for second gear broke in my tranny. I upgraded my tranny and also added corvette servo's. The second gear band just broke again. Is there any way to make this stronger so I don't kept on breaking?

Got the truck back from Aamco today and they Warrentied the repair free of charge. The 2nd gear band ripped all the rivets out so they replaced the 2nd gear band with a wider one. The truck shifts smoother than before. Hopefully this one doesn't break!
