Removing rear door glass?

Anyone tell me how to get the rear door glas out on the passenger side? A plastic clip that holds the window regulator cable in place broke, gotta replace it. Have the door panel off, all the rubber weather stripping off, and the glass released from the regulator, but I cant figure out how to coax it out of the door.

I don't have any problems getting mine out - it's the going back in that really sucks.:jump:
Thankfully, I had Hurricane Tape?:clapping:
