How to get the fueldoor OFF?

Trying to get my OEM fueldoor off to replace with ZMAG but CAN?T GET IT OFF!! What are those things that looks like rivets? Tried to pull but worried that the fender will snap....

They are a type of rivet. You will have to snip them off.
The underpart does snap off:beerchug:
