Painted/Powdercoated Wheels??
 
Anyone with these stock wheels painted or powder coated?? Thinking about doing mine matte black but wasn't sure how it would look with the outer lip left polished. Thanks

I think those e-bay wheels were painted, how do you powder coat a plastic cap?
