Service 4Wheel Drive

Got this message when I got to work this morning. Anyone familair what is involved in this "service??"

It means there is a fault with the 4wd system, a dtc will be set in the tccm(transfer case control module)

Thanks. I just disconnected the positive for about 10 minutes, touched the negative and hooked it back up.
