front hitch capacity

Does anyone know what the specs are for the front hitch?

I am considering getting a bike mount to place an atv that weighs about 400 lbs. Need to pull a travel trailer with the rear hitch...

I believe thats in the owners manual.

I would think since i've seen winches attached to that point that it would surely take a bike rack and 400 pound quad. Only trouble is will the quad block your headlamps and turn signals. I'd check with local police to see if this is allowed in your state.
