Floorboard soaked

We recently have experienced some heavy rainfalls over the past few weeks and I have noticed the floorboard being soaked. I checked all of the pillar post weatherstrips to ensure that the water is flowing properly. I poured water over the roof marker light to ensure that it was protecting water from getting by the factory gaskets and or sealants. I have had my 04 H2 for just a year and I have just noticed this issue. Any help would be great.

Sunroof drain hose would be my guess.

You have a sunroof. There are drain tubes in it that run down the A-pillars and out through the firewall. They're pinched or clogged at that point.
