remote starter with factory keyfob 2003
 

i have a 2003 h2 and i heard theres a remote start kit that works with the factory keyfob. i guess you hold the lock button down and thats what acvivates the remote start. i dont wanna change my keyfob to an aftermarket one

The original keyfob will only work at a small amount of distance, so you might have to walk out near the truck to get it to start. That isn't a real great remote start. However an addon remote start, like Viper or Clifford is very good. Mine has a distance of 1500 feet and gives me feedback on the remote.
