2005 SUV compatible with 2009 NAV
 

I have a 2005 SUV that came with the factory NAV. I had 'upgraded' the NAV to a Kenwood DNX7000, only for it to turn into a disaster (part installers fault - partly because the Kenwood unit is probably the biggest POS user interface that I've ever seen).

Does anyone know (or have tried) to install the factory 2009 NAV (with XM Nav/Traffic, bluetooth, etc) into a 2005 (or any previous year model)? I think the 2009 factory system would have less compatibility issues with the trucks interfaces (speakers, mics, steering wheel controls, etc).

no one here can answer this for me? I thought we had a few H2 experts in here that dealt with fixing/upgrading them?

Dude 09's just came out takes some time for people to try things out. it may not evn fit because of the new interior in 08.
