WTB: NightDriver system by Raytheon
 

Just as the title says, I'm looking for a NightDriver system by Raytheon.


I know they discontinued them, but I'm hoping someone has a used one or might know of one somewhere sitting on a shelf.

Jeremy, I've seen a couple on eBay, but that's about it brother......
There was one that ended today, I tried to bid but eBay wouldn't let me cause the Seller didn't ship to CANADA!!!

yeah... I tried to buy it today, but at the last seconds, eBay wouldn't load.. That guy stole it for 620.00 new in the box!!!

I know the thermal Imaging is much better than IR, but for the cost difference is it really worth it? I currently use IR on the front of my 2 but I have also toyed with the idea of switching to thermal. some of the best bang for the buck stuff that I have found is FLIR pathfinder.

Sounds great! But I'm not in the position to spend that much for this.. If I can find a used system for 1K or so, I would pick it up.

Yeah thats why I mention the Flir. If new it is for 2500, one might be able to find a good deal for 1000 or less. the raytheon new is 6000 8000 and might be harder to find for 1000. Also if price is a question I would once again suggest looking into IR. I know that Mercedes Benz uses IR camera's.

The Wife picked IT up on ebay for $620.00!!!! :giggling:

She was trying to hide it in the Garage but with this sticker stairing me in za face it was a little hard to miss. Christmas came early for me :D
