Climate Control problem

2005 H2 w/ 46000 miles on it. Climate control went crazy; was on 78 for the driver and 80 for the passenger. Driver got too warm and turned down the temp, but it started blowing warmer air. turned down temp to 65 and it blew hot. I then tried turning the temp to 85 and it blew cold - all on the drivers side, passenger was not affected. Arrived at my destination & 8 hours later when I started the vehicle to go home, I only have heat, no A/C. I checked the 10 amp fuse on the HVAC/ECAS which is the climate control controller, and one of the 10 amp A/C Comp fuses. I did not know how to check the large drk gray A/C Comp fuse to see if it was bad. Could it be just the fuse or is there another issue? By the way just bought this truck last month and it is the best & most comfortable vehicle I and my family have ever had.

Re: Climate Control problem

Possibly an hvac door recalibration might fix the issue with the heat problem. As for ac, what the outside temp at where you are? Ambient air temp must be above 4c or 40f otherwise ac operation if disabled
