How much should we pay

we're about to turn in our leased 07 h3 lux. the new lease deals suck. i;ve asked the dealer if i could buy it right back from him, and asked for the same warranty, etc. it has everything the 07 had but not nav. what do you think the most reasonable buy price would be. it;s in mint shape; TIA

Honestly you could probably get a better deal turning it in and getting a new H2 with huge discounts.

Isn't the buy price at end of lease listed when you leased it ?

Yikes! But the buy price back then was SO different than the prices of the H3's and H2's today, fourfourto!! Wonder if it was an '07 leased in '06? or, an '07 leased in '07.

Hmmm (whats up)
I guess new and used ones are going cheap ,I saw a new 08 loaded for $26,000 :beerchug:
Im going for the long haul with mine,I hope it holds up,no problems at 49,700 miles except for the brake noise.

Someone posted not to long ago (maybe another forum?) about how they bought their lease return back for 12K rather than the 26K that was listed on his contract. There's definitely room for negotiations, they simply don't want em.

I'm still here, fourfourto. :D Still loving my '08 H2, though I bought mine in February just before all of the discounts began to happen. Every once in awhile I get to drive an H3 as a loaner. Everytime I get into one I remind myself how flexible, turn-on-a-dime, truck the H3 is. The H2 has so much more bulk, but I love it. Annnnd, it never lets me forget about my past H3 because it, too, has 'that' periodic groan in the rear brakes that you and I had in the H3. AGH! But, still lovin' it! :D

despite the fact that gm is in deep doo-doo and we taxpayers are putting up part of its rescue, they are offering no real deals. this is what was offered and rejected by me. it's insane.

The BEST lease terms we can offer you on a well equipped 2009 Hummer H3 Luxury Package with Sunroof, Navigation, Chrome Package, Chrome Wheels, etc is as follows:

$40,975 ? MSRP
$38,042 ? RED TAG Sale
($5,500) ? Cash Back from HUMMER
($3,500) ? Lease Loyalty from GM
$29,042 ? NET SALE PRICE

Turn in your 2007 H3 now (by January 5th) and provided it is within the allowable mileage, GMAC will waive remaining payments.
Lease a new 2009 H3 for $564.41 per month with $1,516.75 due at signing
-or-
Lease a new 2009 H3 for $492.08 per month with $3,829.42 due at signing

As an option, you could purchase this 2009 H3 for $599 per month for 60 months with $3,000 due at delivery.:lame: :lame: :lame:

Listen your lease is up right??? Just turn it in then renegotiate for a new vehicle next week. Not sure who you spoke with at your dealer but they are nuts with those figures. Maybe after you turn it in go to another delater to negotiate.

that was my post. it never panned out. they will NOT make deals on leased hummers. mine goes back end of feb after 27 months. loved the vehicle but GM and gmac can go frig themselves. did the sign and drive with vw and drove out without a penny out of pocket and way under the promotional monthly rate with a fully loaded passat wagon, which will do me fine, and 130 a month less on the lease and twice the gas mileage. vw wants to intelligently clear inventory. gm is where they are in the shidder because they dont want to make deals. screw em:dancingbanana: it aint a hummer but it'll get me there.
