High Air Intake on Right Hood Bump?

I have seen a photo somewhere in this forum showing a modification to the air intake. Someone has added what looks like a boat funnel intake to the passenger side hood bump. I would like to add this type of funnel to cause somewhat of a ram air intake and highwater system. Thank you.
