Had to put another friend to sleep : (
 

Yesterday evening, we had to let go of our other dog. Cesar, Dogue de Bordeaux, was 10 years old and we discoverd he had a really bad tumor on his kidney's a month ago. The vet gave us cortizone pills, but warned us that he wouldn't make it for a long time. For his age, operations were out of the questions. He couldn't eat anymore the since Sunday, so we decided to put him out of his misery.
Since this was really my first dog and my good friend I feel pretty bad.
Also, we lost the other one only 3 months ago.
Now all we have left is a little rugrat chihuahua.

RIP Cesar !!

just about 2 years ago I had to put down my american eskimo he was 17 years old.I still miss him he was a great dog.

Now I have a 2 year old american eskimo he comes with us everywhere.

Sorry for your loss frenzy. Had to put our boxer asleep on my sons 7th birthday from cancer last May. Got another boxer 3 months later.

Well, they weren't very happy. Our 6 yo cried and our 3 yo told that Cesar was now in heaven playing with Jules (the other dog that died a couple of months ago).
They both grew up with those huge dogs and were best friends.
Good thing for them we still have the little chihuahua, which they also love.
If it weren't for that one, we'd get another puppy immediately.

sorry to hear that Frenzy...it is always sad. We lost 2 dogs and 2 cats over the course of last 5-6 years. Now we have one dog and one cat left... not sure if I want more after they're gone, it is always crushing experience to say goodbye.
