YES...I'm cheap...but need help

Please, does anyone have access to a data base for pulling criminal records? I have a co-worker that has been getting by on lies and you can't serve (legally...depending) in the military with a felony count. PM me if you can point me in the right direction...thanks

I don't know if that will help. Most local courts now have that info online.

Tried the local circuit courts that do list the individual, however, you know as well as I that there is always the potiential of two people with the same name. Thanks for the responses thus far.

actually you can serve in the military even with a felony convitction.

almost anything can be waivered.

the biggest problem someone will face is if the felony is a violent crime.
but that just means that if it does get waived, they wont be able to serve in a combat MOS.

Not to be an a$$, but what proof do you have to support this? I have found nothing that says a felony will be tolerated, regardless of the crime.

A simple Google search usually pulls up what you need.

Looks like under certain circumstances you can but only as a juvenile when the felony was issued.

Yeah, but not a felony while currently serving as a member. That's a BIG NO-NO.:raar:
