Mystery?

What is on the front of this H2, was it towed behind an RV? The front end looks scratched up, or is it a plow. Why would a dealer leave that on the truck?

I don't have any plow experience, but that looks like it's set up for flat-towing behind an RV or something similar. I'd think a plow would need a more solid anchor point like the front receiver hitch.
