value for a 2008 H2 SUT
 

I have been trying to get info on a reasonable price for a 2008 H2 SUT luxury model that is for sale in Alabama at a car lot. It would seem that there is a tremendous variation in value on KBB/NADA/etc. Can anyone offer some real values for sales recently?

It would appear that the H2 is in good condition with approximately 12K miles. They are advertising it at $49K. I would like to offer a real dollar value. Any Info?
