Las Vegas - Caesars Palace

Anybody local know the status of the construction at Caesars Palace? My wife and I are staying there the week before memorial day weekend and I just noticed that they're building a new tower (that's been put on hold) as well as a couple new pools. We were pretty much planning on enjoying the sun by the pool(s) during the day, and then seeing shows at night. Any idea if the construction will have quieted down by then? Thanks.

A friend on mine touches down there tomorrow and is staying a Caesars Palace. I'll ask him when he gets in.
