mystery leak
 

so ive had this h2 for about 2 years now and ive had a mystery leak on her for about a year and a half. its coolant drippin off the scrape plate. its not there all the time.. mostly in the mornings. maybe 3 days a week there will be a little wet spot under it. ive looked sevral times for it but like i said it comes and goes. any thoughts on where to start looking. from what i can tell all my hoses are good and have no tranny leaks.. :confused:

Should be a small leak at the head gasket. On a rack you can see if the leak is coming down and settling on that skid plate. That will give you your answer. Thanks....

If it's on the passenger side, it is probably the condensation line that is for the air conditioner.

First make sure it is coolant, if it is ,clean the engine and frame and skid plates ,than wait till it leaks again and follow the path of the leak . Dexcool is easy to spot .

put down some paper towels and see what color they are the next day.

there is no way you could mistake Dexcool .
