anyone have hot floor?

Was on long trip in 85-90 degree temp.
A/C works great. But son in back picked up water bottle on rear seat floor.
It was hot. While driviving with right hand reach to back floor. Where driving seat attaches to floor, place hand under the carpet. It was extremely warm.
Anybody else notice this??

yep, it happens. exhaust is tight up under those floor boards.

Yeh ! I had my snack bag on the rear floor(carpet mat and mudder mats on top)and all my candy bars melted.
