Removing outside mirror glass?

I searched the forum and can't find anything.

Can someone help me remove the driver's side mirror glass? If you have any pictures, that would help too. I need to remove the mirror, but I don't want to break the mirror glass.

My drivers side mirror has been loose for 6 months, not anymore! thanks, it took 5 seconds to pop the mirror out and crank down on the screws.
