H3 Totaled
1 Attachment(s)
My wife, my mother in law, and my dog were all in the H3 when it got hit -- they ended up rolling it. All escaped with only minor bruises. I really liked this truck, but some things were not meant to be. Time to say goodbye to this and other hummer forums. I'm selling my DeFelice skid plates, service manuals, and a few other items on Ebay if anyone is interested. I gave serious thought to another H3, but ended up ordering a 2010 Ford F150 Raptor instead.
Cheers - hope to see you guys on the trails again soon. Attachment 51348 |

Re: H3 Totaled
Sorry to hear about the accident, glad everyone is ok! Nice to know our trucks can take a tumble and occupants come out ok.
What other stuff are you going to be selling? Your sig says you had black tube steps, but I don't see them on the truck. I'm looking for a set. Can you post your ebay id or links to the items? |
Re: H3 Totaled
Sorry to hear about the H3, but at least everyone escaped serious injury.
What are you looking to get for the Defelice skids? I am located in DC metro area and can pick them up if the price is right. Please PM me... |

 When comparing the H3 to the F150 Raptor, he's not going back, he moving forward by leaps and bounds. |

Just what I was thinking and the safety of that raptor has to be better then the hummer (shear weight and newer designs). Raptor is a sweet truck but needs to be a SuperCrew for those of us with Families. Maybe a Raptor Expedition? |

Doubt the roof would hold together as well as the H3 in a rollover (heavy weight, small surface area, less metal supporting the roof).... Its hard to really compare the two, since the raptor is just so big -- it's wider than an H1! |
Re: H3 Totaled
I would think if my family survived an accident like that in H3, I would give serious consideration to buying another one... Seems pretty SAFE to me!
Just my 2 cents... Good Luck on what ever you Buy, Glad everbody is OK!! :grouphug: |

The dirty side of the F150...
Looks beefy on the undeer side...I guess Ford desided they needed an H3T Clone |

+3 My thoughts exactly, the car saves some lives, I'm buying another one! Glad your family is safe and I'm glad I am driving the same thing. Big tires save lives too. I had a Celica in the eighties run a stop sign and hit my full-size Bronco. His car was totaled and had to be towed. I put on my spare cause he popped my 33" BFG. Replaced the tire, rim and control arm- good to go. |

I did give serious consideration to another H3. I also considered an H2 as well as a PowerWagon and a Rubicon. I have no regrets about my final decision: Attachment 52012 |

Re: H3 Totaled
That is the best looking Ford truck I have seen yet, nice job. A buddy of mine has a 150 4x4, couple years old which I like. The only thing I could fault his with is the sheet metal is paper thin, a lot like my Rubicon.

Badass front bumper and winch. What are the details on that setup?
