Ignition is locked

Earlier tonight I put the wrong key into the ignition of my Hummer H2. I quickly realized, took it out and put the correct key in. I tried to start it and the ignition won't move from the locked position. Has anyone ever had this problem?? Don't know what to do.

weird.... never seen that happen before, are you moving the steering wheel sideways at the same time to unlock it?
... just in case I'm missing something...
