Stereotyping is just one of the things that make life worth living. So, that said, I think if they want to sell it quick, paint it green below the windows and red above. Mix in some black seed-like spots in the red area and you got a line of people wanting to buy it. And if you really want it gone fast, throw in a sideways glock shooting instructional dvd and you got yourself an old fashioned beatbox war. It will sell like nobodies beezness G.
