Part # 5164 Super white driving lamp with black housing. Tex H2, they came with a wiring harness and I got power to the switch from the rear window wiper fuse. Top left corner of fuses under the dash, I believe its a 20a fuse.

The stock lights bolt on the top and bottom of the opening, and the new lights have an adjustable bracket. So i drilled out the bottom hole a little and it bolted right in. Took like 5 minutes to mount.
