WTB: 2004 compatible nav disc

Looking for a nav disc for my 2004. The most updated one would be best, thanks!!

I have a mint 09 GM Nav Disc Part # 25956245 with original DVD case and booklet from my 07 H2. It will work on all model years up through and including 07 with the TSNR. This disc will not work on model years 08 and / or 09.
