My Own Light Bar
Hi here is a few pictures of my new light bar i made. My brush bar doesn't have holes in it like the stock bar so i needed to make one. Lights can be adjusted when the bar is on the truck i have read some can't. Their is a 3rd HID light to be added in the middle that is on order. Their is no switch it has a remote key fob to turn them on and off, so their is no wiring inside the truck its all mount under the hood. What do you think?

Tracy,That looks great. Nice finish work too. I wish I had waited to see yours rather than monkeying around with the warn unit. Are you considering making up another?

Re: My Own Light Bar
Hi ROUSHDEMON, they are very very bright, i can light traffic signs a good block and half away they are spots with a narrow beam pattern. Waiting for the 3rd light it should be here in a week or 2.

Re: My Own Light Bar
Hi Scott i was not planning on it but you never know. It took about 8 hours to make and install. The clamps are machined from 6061t6 billet aluminum and the bar is square tube 6061t6 aluminum billet so i did have to machine the hole center of the bar out, time saver.
