To winch bumper or not to winch bumper

My stock bumper has some bubbly, soon to be rusting spots so something has to be done. I either;

1) Strip and re-paint :crying:
2) Buy a bumper thats in good condition from someone that has a winch bumper
3) Buy a Warn winch bumper for the winch I will inevitably be buying

My rig's destiny is in the hands of you fellow accessory addicts, choose wisely.
