air bag question

i have coils and i tryed the hole airbag in side coil and didnt like the set up plus didnt truly work , is there anywya that the stock air bags can run without a compressor , will they stay inflaited for a 13hr drive

im going to say no. not that i CANT happen but i dont think it will. they gain and loose air too much. they will go flat.
