Steering Issue

I just came back from vacation (3000Km in 7 days). And this just started, when I turn the steering wheel it occasionally feels like it is stuck while driving approx 20mph. It does it in about the same position everytime and just requires a little extra effort to complete the turn.

Does anyone have any ideas what I should be looking for first?

Did you check your powersteering fluid level? :D

Or the Serpentine Belt Tension...

I did check the fluid, and its good to go.
Whats the best way to check the tension on the belt?
Is their a way to adjust the tension or do you just need a new belt?
By the way, the truck has 50K on it now, should I be replacing that belt?
