Rear Lift Blocks
 

Hello,

I just ordered 1.5" spacers for the rear of my Hummer. Can anyone tell me the best way to install these. I have only installed them on leaf springs before.

Hi lift the truck up put it on jack stands under the frame and with the jack under the diff lift the jack up abit to take some of the weight off so you can undo the lower shock bolts shocks. Then start to lower the jack till their is some clearance at the coil spring to install the blocks. After the blocks are installed jack the diff back up and reinstall the shock bolts. Now lift the truck up and remove the stands and lower the truck back on the ground. It takes about 20 mins to do hope this helps.

You may need to disconnect the panhard bar to get it to clear. Overall not a difficult job good luck!!
