H2 Trans Oil Cooler

Has anyone tried to put an electric fan on their tran-oil cooler?

And my transmission temperature never goes above 150 even in 100 degree heat. The Transmission cooler lines no longer go thru the engine radiator.

What about your AC does the new radiator for the tran oil mount in front of condenser? If so does the AC blow as cold?

AC AND ENGINE TEMP WORKS FINE NO ADDITIONAL COOLING NEEDED. The engine is also supercharged and it all works well. The only problem I had was with the plastic tank for the intercooler which cracked at the mounting point but all is well now. Just dont wait till your transmission overheats if you plan the mods.

I believe that my lines run up from the trans on the passenger side to the radiator cycle thru a side mount then out to a trans cooler in front of the radiator?

whats the " external thermal bypass " do ? and how's the Tru-Cool MAX transmission cooler ? is it the best ?

my country temp maximum 140F and minimum 35F in the winter ..

my transmission temp always be at 150 to 200 .. without pulling anything .. normal riding 150-175 but when i go fast it hit 200 and little more .. 2003 H2, i have an electric hummer 2009 fans, no clutch... ac is good engine temp is good too but only the transmission is getting hotter ..

My AC at idle around 110 degrees or higher doesn't work. I'm sure the ground temp off the freeway is 170 but I think the cooler did it.

The AC works great while moving but idling in traffic it sucks

Ummm... After reading this thread I have to post just because I have installed the Tru-Cool cooler and would reccomend it to everyone. I'm in south FL. and have zero issues with this cooler. In 95deg heat, pulling a 25ft. boat, I have yet to go over 150deg on trans temp. Personally I don't feel an electric fan is necessary. Your tranny lines run from the trans to a "reservoir" tank on the passenger side of the radiator. This serves no purpose, buy the Tru-Cool and bypass the radiator... you'll be happy with it. Also if your having problems with your A/C after you install the cooler chances are it's A/C related, the cooler will not block the air flow in front of your condenser.
