I have the PIAA 5291 in mine, but in general it's the 520 series. I assume you are talking about the bumper valance that replaces the stock plastic valance where the DRLs are mounted.

My SMA bumper has ports (or cans) that are just over 5" and have the same back plates as the oem set up for the DTRL's. Is the holes for your PIAA's just round cut outs in the bumper or 6" ports? Did you have to cut the ports off yours to install your PIAA's or was it just a circle cut out in your bumper? Sorry for all the questions. If it is just a circle cut out in the bumper, what size diameter is it? Thanks in advance.

You know what, I didn't even think about that before reading your post, but SMA did make two bumper valances -- one that was for the DRLs, much like the OEM valance, and another version that just had cutouts for the PIAA 520's. Mine has the cutouts which you can see here.

For reference, here is a SMA parts list I compiled a while back when putting together my kit:

SMA Parts:
------------------------------
201-103-1 - heavy duty brush guard
201-103-2 - heavy duty brush guard (bare steel)
201-103-4 - PIAA lamp valance
201-103-5 - OEM lamp valance
201-103-7 - BG/PIAA lamp valance kit
201-103-8 - BG/OEM lamp valance kit


Based on what you are describing, I would guess that you have the 201-103-5 valance.
