transmission problem

hello guys
any one has the same problem i have with my H2? some times my car will not move fast it slows down on its own. i think maybe it never change gears, i don't know what the problems is i have tried so many stores no one can find out what is wrong some mechanics say is transmission. some say it is the transmission sensor please any one tell me

Sounds like it could be bad gas or a clogged fuel filter.
