Noise coming from the Belt Tensioner

Hi to everyone and happy holidays.
Since today I have a serious problem with my 2006 H3. There is a terrible noise coming from the Belt Tensioner, as long as I use WD40 oil (sprayed into the pulley holder from the belt tensioner) there is almost no sound however as soon as I start to drive the sound returns, and it seems like the pulley is not turning all the time, which means the belt is getting warm after some time as well as the colour has changed already to rusty red.
Did anyone else had a similar problem?
Any suggestion what to do?

...sound like the bushing. replacement is cheap and simple to do.
