Re: 03/04 rear end Question !!

im sure more of an expert will chime in, but yes it will.

03 to 06 are baiscally identical trucks. some parts maybe have been changed with different parts over the years to resolve or fix some issues.

but for the rear end.. im assuming you mean the rear axle/Diff.. yes.
actually almost everything will work from H2 to H2 within those years.

if you dont mean the axle/Diff.. please provide more info on wxactly what you are looking for

If it is for a Diff.. the main thing would be to make sure its the same gearing as your front end. 4'10 is stock, but who knows what you did to your H2 and what the owner did to that rear end your going to buy.

then yes, everything should bolt up the same.

now if one has the air ride suspension and the other doesnt.. i dont know if that will have any play

No !! Neather has the air ride. My brother thanks becouse of the non factory(full posi) rear end is what makes the front end feel like its binding when turning sharp. I sure hope this will fix my rig.

How right you are!!! New rear end same problem. Droped t-case out and going to open it up on monday. Looks like I now have a spare rear end.

Re: 03/04 rear end Question !!

Thanks for all the information. Opened the T-case this morning and the shift fork was broke. I have a new one on order and should be back on the road this week-end.
