Why the test? I got pulled over this morning, and was given a 'warning' because the officer told me that I did NOT have a front tag. LOL! Someone should have warned him about the poor health care benefits that the state of MD offers their troopers...because obviously there must not be an OPTOMETRIST available under their HMO.
