Body Lift for H2?

Has anyone done a custom body lift for an H2? What are the problems I might encounter? Doesn't seem very challenging, since the body mounts are easily accessible. I've done a body lift on a Jeep TJ I used to have, and that was a piece of cake. Pucks went in. Gear linkage was extended. Lifted the engine on higher motor mounts. Extended the rear fuel hose. Fabbed some brackets to lift the bumpers. presto :) I wonder why I can't find a lift kit on the internet...

Any insights here????

hmmmmm...that doesn't look like any body lift I've ever seen...more like a rear suspension lift and a diff drop up front? But I've never had a truck with independent front, so I could be wrong.

Look for someone/place that has done a diesel conversion on a H2, think they all required custom body lifts. I dont ever remember seeing any commercially available body lifts for H2's.
