Long time no see! Need help on tranny
 

Hey the H2 has around 200k on it now and its pretty well beat to a pulp. Anyways last week the transmission lost 1st and overdrive. On top of this problem the key wont shut off.
After searching here I found someone that had a similar problem as me. Does anyone know if this keyswitch problem makes the transmission not work? Thank you for any hints or ideas. I want to do some diagnostics before I pull the tranny out thats for sure. Thank you ,doug

The transmission will go into limp mode if it loses its ign 1 feed which is supplied by the ignition switch. Transmission will only have 2nd and 4th gear in limp mode.

Ignition 0 was blown. Tranny still in limp mode . I'm still searching for ideas . Thank you

Put scan tool on it and said it had some trans issues. No ****. Cleared codes and trans shifts great . All fixed for now. :)
