How many people have the spare tire still in the truck..The only other alternatives are the rear rack or roof rack correct?
I was thinking about just not having a spare at all
Has anyone gotten a flat where they needed the spare and didnt have etc..?

Sounds like you are talking about an H2, not an H1.

flat tires are rarely an issue with H1's between runflats and/or CTIS.

Option for spare (which is not included on H1 std) are the same as H2. Rear carrier, roof rack. I have a bed carrier mounted as my H1 is an open top.
