conversion on dash

Im from down under in OZ and am the proud owner of an 2005 H2.

Just having a little trouble changing the info on the dash from gallons to litres and miles to kilometers, as that is what we use her.

Thanks for that. Unfortunately the h2 didnt come with any handbook or service manual
