Your Opinion-Roof Lights
 

Looking to get a new set of the roof lights, looking at Recon Smoked, or Putco Smoked LED's. Lots of people have the recon smoked as I can see, but I get sick of changing out the cheapo bulbs on them so I am not sure. Anyone have, or have seen the Putco LED's? Wondering if they look good and if there is much to do to install them... Thanks in advance for your opinions.

I have never changed out my light bulbs on The Recon set we have had for 3 yrs now.
When I installed them I made sure that I did not get the oils and sweat from my hands on the bulbs so maybe that's why they have lasted

Same as mine, I wiped them with alcohol when installing. Then again, I have seen condensation in there from time to time so I imagine water got in there and that is why I have been having to change them out so much. Oh well, that is what I get for getting the cheap ones..

Still looking to see if anyone has the Putco LED's and whether they like them or not...
