2003 H2 Hood vent

My hoodvent on my 2003 H2 is cracking around the handles and I was wondering where I could get a replacement?

Hummer-parts.com has them for $113. Thats for the louver without handles.

there are a few new OEM ones on ebay for in the $70 range
